Phillips & Tosco prides itself on updated and well maintained equipment. We own some of the most advanced machines in the business to do the job in the most productive manner possible. The right equipment for the right job makes things run smoother. Some of the types of equipment we use are: skid steer loaders and all attachments; mini excavators and thumbs; hydro-seeders and straw mulchers; trucks for small hauling; tractors; brush cutters; York rakes and all the attachments; tampers; wet and dry saws; and hundreds of hand and power tools.

Our dedicated staff of over 40 employees and 8 foremen  have various degrees of landscaping backgrounds from college degrees to field experience and certificate training.

We have been certified as a "Techo-Pro Contractor" by Techo-Bloc, one of the leading paver manufactures in the business.
